- The Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), anticipates soliciting for proposals for helicopter services to support predator management activities in Oregon. A single award is anticipated and will be a firm fixed priced requirements contract. The solicitation, #AG-6395-S-10-0084 is to be affixed to all documents submitted in reference to this requirement. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will not be issued. The solicitation and the specifications will be made available electronically at this website only. All changes to the pre-solicitation notice, solicitation and any attachments will be posted to this website at: www.FedBizOpps.gov.
