- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1UG130061A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-39. This acquisition is 100% set aside for HubZone Small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 339920, with number of employees not to exceed 500. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: 1 Each Contractor to provide Kegel Crossfire wick lane machine Model Number: 17-5200 (115V/60Hz), or equal. No installation requested. Pricing is to include all costs associated with this purchase to include shipping. If an or equal item is submitted specifications for the offered item must be included with quotation. F.O.B Destination is to Clear AFS, AK. (End description).
