- RECOVERYJays' Mill Cultural Landscape Area - CHCH PMIS 7793 # - TAS::14 1035::TAS The associated NAICS code is 113210 - Size Standard is $7 million. In accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, the U.S. Department of Interior, National Park Service, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to reduce underbrush in woodlands and removal of dead trees from managed woodlands at Jay's Mill Cultural Landscape Area, Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park, Fort Oglethorpe, GA. THIS REQUIREMENT IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The solicitation will be available on or about 12 April 2010, and can be obtained from the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. Solicitations can only be obtained through this electronic method. Instructions on how to navigate the FBO website can be located on the website. Inquiries to the Contracting Office regarding the use and navigation of the FBO should not be made. Proposals will be due on or about 16 April 2010. Additional information about a site visit and the proposal submission requirements will be provided in the solicitation documents. This project is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). In accordance with contract clause 52.204-11 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act - Reporting Requirements, the contractor is required to register in FederalReporting.gov and report certain information as required by the clause. Reports shall be submitted during the first 10 days after the end of each calendar quarter.
