- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-10-R-0751, IQC10083009058, 5975-01-496-5495, Protector, Electrical Cable. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Item is commercial and therefore will be solicited in accordance with FAR part 12. Item is not CSI. Surge and sustainment is not required. Approved source is Checkers Industrial Products, Inc. CAGE 032T9 part number CP3X225. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 756 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 189 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 189 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 756 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 1,512 each. The Requested delivery is 67 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at destination. Shipment can be to New Cumberland, PA or Tracy, CA. Solicitation will issue on April 23, 2010 with a closing date of May 25, 2010. Clause L17C01 52.217-9002 “Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offer for part numbered items” applies.
