- NOTE: Solicitation number SPN4A5-10-R-0637 was entered in error; solicitation number is changed to read as follows "SPM4A5-10-R-0637" all other terms and conditions are unchanged. ****************************************************************************************************************** Purchase Request 0025901682. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Cap, Filler Opening, NSN 5342-01-370-1749. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price definite quantity contract for quantity of 2,200 each. The OEM and approved source of supply is Parker Hannifin Corp. (Cage 99321) PN: 39067. Required Delivery: 150 Days ARO, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin. Specification, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304 ( c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. The Government intends to place a delivery order for this requirement on a sole source basis against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
