- This is a list of the 18 Panasonic copiers that will be serviced by this contract STATEMENT OF WORK Panasonic Copier Maintenance The contractor shall maintain the equipment in good operating condition in accordance with commercial standards. As such, the contractor shall: • Provide all parts, labor and transportation cost associated with maintaining the equipment in good operating condition. Parts provided must be original manufacturer parts and supplies. This includes supplies, all toners, drums, developers and staples. • Provide On-Site Field Maintenance. Defined as repair service at the designated equipment location. • Service provider must have at least three (3) factory trained technicians on the Panasonic Digital Copier product lines: DP-C401, DP-6020, DP-6030, DP-3000, and DP-C323. • Provide service Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, excluding holidays. • A normal response time on service calls within (4) business hours with a performance goal of (2) business hours. • Provide preventative maintenance on the copiers when the meter reaches the designated volume level. All parts and labor associated with “PM Service” are included in the maintenance agreement.
