- Description
- The general scope is moving gravel from one location to another. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, transportation, supervision, materials and incidentals necessary to remove the gravel road base from a road and former railroad lines within the project areas on the Midewin National Tall Grass Prairie, Wilmington, IL. The top several inches from the road has been removed. The road base material will be removed to the surrounding grade. The gravel removed will be relocated to a nearby borrow pit. The total project is approximately 4020 feet. The government intends to award one Firmed Fixed Price contract. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to SCA wage rates. The requirement is being solicited as a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Solicitation number: AG-52B1-S-10-0034. NAICS: 484220, Size Standard: $25.5M.
