- Sole Source Justification and Approval Letter The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL intends to award a sole source GSA, Delivery Order IAW FAR 8.405-6(b)(1);to Monaco Enterprises Inc. for BT2-3 to BT-x Conversion Kits. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The reference number is F4ATD10069A001. The NAICS code for this requirement 334290 and the size standard is 750. This purchase will be made under the simplified acqusition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. The government believes this requirement is sole source. Sources that feel they can satisfy the requirements should notify the points of contact listed below. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government inteneds to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The closing date for this notice is 15 Apr 10 at 1200 Central Time.
