- Description
- The Mobile District Corps of Engineers has a requirement to provide an Audio/Video System for the Office of Counsel Conference Room, Mobile District, Mobile, AL. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Atlantic Video Corporation, 245A Riverchase Pkwy E., Hoover, AL 35244-2816, under the authority of FAR 6.302. This system is necessary as it will be tied into other conference rooms within the building that presently utilize this equipment and COE employees that use this equipment will already be trained in the system function, saving labor costs for this office in the training process or having to be present in the meeting to run the equipment. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 334310; the size standard for which is $12,000,000.00. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received within ten (10) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Contracting Office Address: U. S.
