- RECOVERY Solicitation No. R10PS20R55 TAS::14 0681::TASARRA Project No's. 47.000 RECOVERY - This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under GSA Schedule, Special Item Number (SIN) 003-97 Ancillary Repair and Alterations. Reclamation has a need for the purchase and installation of a vertical platform wheelchair lift to be delivered to the Northern California Area Office, at Shasta Lake, California. The vertical platform wheelchair lift will be in compliance with the current NFPA 101 Life Safety Codes. Please be advised that the Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act, which requires that each contractor report on its Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
