The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Harris Corporation for the part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Manufacturer must be Harris Corporation. who holds sole proprietary data rights – Award all or none. The contract line item number and description are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 3 ea P/N RF-5833H-PA001 FALCON II 150W POWER AMP, CLIN 0002 Quantity 3 ea P/N RF-5833H-PA001 FALCON II 150W POWER AMP, CLIN 0003 Quantity 3 ea P/N 10497-0360-02 200W LOW PASS FILTER KIT FOR THE RF-5833H 150W POWER AMPLIFIER, CLIN 0004 Quantity 3 ea P/N RF-384VM-03 SHOCK MOUNT, O.D. CARC, CLIN 0005 1 Lt Shipping Charges to St. Inigoes, MD 20684-4013, UID CLAUSE will be incorporated for CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002. Award is expected 13 Apr 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 12 Apr 2010 will be considered by the Government for future procurements. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
