- The NAICS Code is 332995. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-07-G-5438, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., Armaments Systems Division, Louisville, Kentucky 40214-2683. The MK 110 MOD 0 gun system is considered a Non-Development Item (NDI) for the Deepwater and LCS ship programs. The contractor shall supply various MK 110 MOD 0 interim spare parts and special tools and test equipment (STTE) to support U.S. Coast Guard ships.Period of Performance: Twelve (12) months ARO (after receipt of order). All parts shall be supplied as soon as they are available from the suppliers. Contractor shall notify NSWC PHD/L G40 of projected delivery dates of all line items within 30 days after receipt of delivery order or task. BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., ASD, is the only qualified contractor within the United States capable of manufacturing, overhauling, upgrading and performing depot-level repair and service of the Navy's MK 110 Gun System, and is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the work in the required timeframe.
