Single-port PoE injector (dual Voltage 120/220 V). 3 pcs. 1.2m (4ft) MCX-BNC cable. 1 each - S504C - GENIE-2000 BASIC - INSPECTOR 1 each - 727 - SHIELD ASSY 1 each - 727-1 - DETECTOR ADAPTER ASSY 2.25ID ADAPTERS FOR 802-2X2, 2X2W 1 each - INSTALL - INSTALLATION AND FAMILIZATION Specifications: 1) Must be capable to do multi channel scaling and multi signal scaling to detect impurities properly. 2) Must have USB and Ethernet cables to read out the data through internet. 3) Must be able to tell whether instrument is busy in processing job and getting adequate voltage from power source. 4) Software must be user friendly to be able to collect and analyze data. 5) The part numbers listed are from Canberra Industries, Inc. 6) Offerors are requested to quote on the item listed or equivalent. 7) "Equivalent" offers shall provide complete specifications and/or descriptive literature for any alternates offered, stating catalog number, manufacturer, packaging; failure to include complete specifications will cause offer to be non-responsive. 8) Offerors offering alternate items may be required to provide a demonstration of their items prior to acceptance. 9) Offerors are requested to quote NEW only, quotes received for like new, used or refurbished will be considered no responsive. 10) Warranty shall be ______months, including parts, labor and travel. 11) All offers must be F.O.B. Destination. 12) Any shipping charges must be indicated and listed on the response for evaluation. 13) Freight charges over $250.00 require a copy of the original freight bill and separate invoice for payment. 14) Partial offers will not be considered. 15) Award of this Proposal may be made without discussion. 16) Offeror agrees to make delivery of the quoted items in ______ days after receipt of order. 17) Offeror must self-certify in the Central Contractor Registration, https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx to be eligible for an award. 18) Offeror must state whether installation of this equipment and training on the use of this equipment is included in the offer price. In the event that these are not included in the purchase price, offeror must provide cost of a) Installation and b) Training as separate optional items on their offer.
