Description
Disregard dates posted on map. Air Show SOW Public Address System and support for 2010 Air Expo Contractor shall provide public address capability for McChord AFB between the period of 18 Jul - 20 Jul 10. This will include: a.Contractor transportation of equipment to/from McChord AFB. b. A combination of equipment and technicians, to include all equipment and manpower for set-up/teardown, necessary to ensure adequate sound coverage for both an outdoor and indoor audience as indicated on Attachment A. c. One (1) wireless microphone and one (1) backup wired microphone for the narrator. d. Main sound control will be established on-stage collocated w/narrator. e. A sound-engineer/technician must be provided/available at all times during testing and actual air show execution. f. The PA system must be capable of playing common media formats (tape, CD, microphone, iPod). g. The PA system must be able to plug into a ground-to-air radio feed to hear radio traffic in the air, along w/the ability to hear conversations between the narrator and selected h. The contractor will provide their power requirements to an appointed 62 CES POC 3 weeks prior to arrival on McChord AFB. i. Equipment must be set up no earlier than 16 Jul 10 and no later than 17 Jul 10. Equipment must be torn down no earlier than the end of the last act and no later than COB 20 Jul 10. j. If a jumbotron or other television-like media displays are available, audio equipment must be able to switch over to audio playing on those devices.
