- Attachment C-Section 01541 Brand Name Requirement Attachment B-Section 508 RFQ 02QF47100309 Attachment A BOM The General Services Administration's Federal Acquisition Service solicits your response to the attached RFQ. We invite you to submit a proposal for satisfying the requirements described in this RFQ. Please submit all required information before the specified closing date and in accordance with the instructions set forth in the RFQ. Please submit all required information before the specified closing date. Quotes shall be submitted NLT 04/15/2010, 5:00pm EDT via email to rick.yao@gsa.gov. Vendors are encouraged to review the RFQ carefully and submit any questions and comments no later than 5:00PM, Eastern Time, on 04/13/2010 VIA email to Rick.Yao@gsa.gov. The responses to questions received will be issued shortly thereafter. In order to be considered for award, offerors must be registered with IT Solution. Award will only be made through IT Solutions. The website is http://it-solutions.gsa.gov. If vendor registration assistance is needed, please contact the help desk at 877.243.2889. Electronic submissions must be received by the date and time identified. All submissions received after the schedule date will not be accepted and shall not be considered for award. Quotes submitted must be in compliance with all specifications and requirements as called out in the RFQ. Failure to do so may deem the submitted proposal as non-responsive and may be eliminated from consideration for award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is a total set aside for small business concerns only. In the event no acceptable quotes are received by the Government, this procurement will be converted to a full and open market solicitation. *award is contingent on the availability of funds by the government.
