- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Office space in Hot Springs, South Dakota The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 2,540 rentable square feet in Hot Springs, SD within the following delineated area: A 5-mile radius around Hot Springs, SD. The space should yield between 2,098 to 2,318 BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for 15 vehicles. The proposed lease is for fifteen years, five years firm and should be fully serviced. We are seeking immediate occupancy, but understand that build-out and pricing of space requirements will take time.
