The only approved sources for this item in regards to the specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are: L-3 Crestview Aerospace (CAGE: 23974) P/N: 160D611706-55 or Thermal Structures (CAGE: 54787) P/N: 160D611706-55. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is an unrestricted acquisition. This part has restricted data. Any manufacturer, other than L-3 Crestview Aerospace (CAGE: 23974) P/N: 160D611706-55 or Thermal Structures (CAGE: 54787) P/N: 160D611706-55, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 124 each. This item is subject to Critical Application Item and Configuration Control. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Requested delivery is 108 days. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies and Past Performance Information Retrieval System – Statistical Reporting (PPIRS_SR) may apply: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be April 23, 2010 with a closing date of May 23, 2010.
