- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire contractor-services for a high-quality, accredited Master of Science (MS) or Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program with a concentration in logistics and a certificate in logistics. The program shall be part-time and designed to fulfill the advanced educational requirements of the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies personnel. The LOGTECH MS or MBA shall provide an 18 24 month paced program of study in which student progress through courses along with a cohort group that interacts with each other on a regular basis. The program shall provide students with a working knowledge on procurement, operations management and logistics plus a solid grounding in the geography, politics and business cultures around the world. The learning environment shall consist of online and classroom instructions and studies abroad.
