- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 16,000 square feet of ANSI/BOMA existing contiguous office space and 10 reserved parking spaces for occupancy in Las Vegas, NV. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with full termination rights by the Government after the fifth full year of occupancy. DELINEATED AREA: 5 mile radius around the McCarran International Airport Las Vegas NV. WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building Name and Address, Rentable and Usable Square Footage, Rental rate, Common Area Factor, Building Floor plans and Standard Tenant Improvements (TI) offered. CCR Requirement – Lessor/company must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made. If the lessor/company is not currently registered in CCR, they may do so by going to the CCR web site at http://ccr.gov.
