- The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 9996 usable square feet in St. Petersburg, Florida for use as administrative office space. The space must be on no more than one floor and can be provided by modification of existing space. On-site parking for 50 vehicles is required to include 4 handicapped spaces. The space should be accessible via public transportation within three (3) blocks of the offered building entrance. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered.Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North to Ulmerton Road South to Gandy Blvd North (US 92/FL694) East to 4th Street North West to US Hwy 19 North (FL55) A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by the VA. Identified properties must provide documentation showing that they are not located within the 100 Year Flood Plain.
