- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), ProgramExecutive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers andIntelligence (C4I) Navy Communications Program Office, Code PMW/A170,intends to award a sole source contract to Harris Corporation, RFCommunications Division, 1680 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610,pursuant to authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. The proposedcontract will be for the procurement of the following Harris handheld, manpack,fixed mount, vehicular, and/or base station configuration of radio families:AN/PRC-117, AN/PRC-150, AN/PRC-152, and Suite B Handhelds, as well asrelated ancillary parts and engineering services to support future upgrades,training and maintenance for the abovementioned families of radios. Thecontract is expected to run for five years of ordering. Inquires and interestedpersons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point ofcontact specified herein. Responses to this notice must be received no laterthan 12:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST), 26 April, 2010. This notice ofintent IS NOT a request for competitive proposals.
