- This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) requirement for a total Annual Demand Quantity of 312 each under project Number IQC10092009003 for National Stock Number (NSN) 6150-01-500-9194. The approved source of supply is Harris Corporation {14304} under part number 10535-0707-A009 to procure a Special Cable Assembly for the {C7N} – Navy Expeditionary Programs. This is not an Export controlled item. The delivery terms will be FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for DLA Direct stock buy. The solicitation contains a firm fixed price for a 1 year base, plus additional 4- (1) one-year term option periods at the best interest of the Government. Variation in quantity is +/- 0%. Unrestricted procedures are utilized under the guidelines of Other than Full and Open Competition in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1). This is a Critical application Item. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
