- The purpose of this project is to expand the existing parking storage area for building 4623. The work includes but is not limited to the partial demolition of both the existing fence line and gutter, clearing and grubbing of new area, fill for new lot, installation of concrete slope protection, the pavement of new area, and placement of new fence to match existing. Contractor shall restore the building to include, but not limited to, painting interior walls, replace carpet, cove base, ceramic tile, water closets, water fountains, bathroom cabinets, fire extinguishers, doors, sidewalks and trimming trees and shrubs in the area.
