- This is a request for quote. It will be available in electronic format only. No disk will be mailed. Any resulting purchase order will be firm fixed price. The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform the project detailed in the scope of work. The quote is lump sum however provide cost breakdown used to arrive at quote. Amended to correct Richard Taylor phone number from 907-703-05754 to 907-753-5754 this is the only correction.
