- Description
- The Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the overhaul of 3 KLAUS 26 Ton, Side-Loading Cranes, Model KM 26. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and Part 13.5. The anticipated award date for this requirement is 28 Jun 2010. The Performance Work Statement (PWS), detailed equipment tasks and detailed equipment specifications will be included with Request For Quote (RFQ) W912CM-10-T-0083 to be issued on or about 22 Apr 2010. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFQ.
