Description
This modification to the Pre-Solicitation is to change the estimated issue date to April 12, 2010 and response due date to April 30, 2010 at 3:30 PM Local Time. RECOVERY - Klamath Falls Chip Seal. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The work consists of furnishing materials for asphalt patching, minor roadway repairs, the placement of emulsified liquid asphalt, and chip rock on Bureau of Land Management road. Work includes traffic control. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 237310. The project site is located in the Klamath County, Klamath Falls Resource Area, Lakeview District, Oregon. Estimated start work date is August 2, 2010, and performance time is 30 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is March 5, 2010. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract.
