- This is a modification to include additional furniture specification information to this requirement and to change the response date. The specifications are attached. The response date has been changed to 13 Apr 10, 5:00 pm MDT. Any additional questions must be received by 8:00 am MDT, Monday, 12 Apr 10 to allow time to respond and repost. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have the need to procure office furniture for two conference rooms. Specifications for the chairs, tables, and podium table are listed under the attached document Specifications. Bids must include all requested items in order to be considered for this procurement. The applicable NAICS code is 442110 with at size standard of $7 million. Payment will be made by the Defense Financial and Accounting System (DFAS); therefore, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/), as well as, Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil/). Award shall be made to the most technically acceptable, low price proposal. All bids will be evaluated based on price and delivery schedules as long as the items meet the specifications listed on the attached Specifications document. You shall submit commercially available literature demonstrating that all of the capabilities listed on the Specifications list are met. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, 52.233-3, 52.233-4, 52.204-7, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 with applicable items 52.219-6, 52.219-28, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, and 52.232-33. From the defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt. Your proposal information and commercial literature shall be submitted electronically to monica.e.barrera@us.army.mil or by facsimile to 575-678-4975 Attn: Monica Barrera no later than 5:00 pm MDT 13 April 2010. Proposals shall include all charges that will be invoiced for (i.e. shipping/freight). Your companys tax identification number, DUNS number, and amount of delivery days will need to be indicated somewhere on the proposal. Price proposals should be valid for 30 days from the date of submission.
