- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN ABERDEEN, MD STAR #: 0MD2018 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 10,500 rentable square feet in Aberdeen, MD. The space should yield 9,130 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require one hundred (100) surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Route 40 South: Palmer Road to Michaelsville Road to Chesapeake Bay East: Susquehanna River and Chesapeake Bay West: Route 40 to Route 7 to Route 159 to Palmer Road The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 31, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
