- Description
- The Western Montana Acquistion Zone anticipates a Request for Quote for providing plot inventories and stand examination data. It includes locating and establishing plots in timbered stands, measuring and recording plots, tree, vegetation and woody data, and technically writing a stand summary of observations and characteristics of approximately 928 plots. This stand examination data provides information and statistics for management purposes. The solicitation will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures ((SAP). No formal site visitt will be held. Anyone desiring to visit the worksite on their own, may contact the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Linda Wells, 406-837-7525. The solicitation will be issued approximately April 26, 2010 and can be downloaded at that time. Estimated start date is June 1, 2010.
