- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease professional fully serviced quality office space in the city of Savannah, GA. A total of 9 parking spaces must be available at no cost or at least low and reasonable rates within a two block radius of the proposed office. The proposed lease is for ten years, (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 14, 2011. The space offered must consist of approximately 15,492 rentable square feet, and the space should yield 13,471 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The tenant agency will have a publicly visited office in the space; therefore, first floor space is preferred. At least 1,940 square feet of useable contiguous square feet should be available on the ground floor. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The proposed space must be located within the delineated area described below. North: Bay Street going west to Highway 17, Highway 17 to I-16, west to Dean Forest Road, Bay Street going east to Barr Street to E. Liberty Street/ Wheaton Street to Waters Street. South: Eisenhower Dr. west to Abercorn Street (Highway 204), north to Derenne Avenue and west to Highway 516, Highway 16 west to Veterans Parkway, west to Chatham Parkway, north to Highway 17, Highway 17 to Dean Forest Road. East: Waters Street to Eisenhower Drive on the south West: Dean Forest Road (Highway 307) All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the property’s ownership.
