- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 6,130 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet and related space in Mt. Lebanon, PA. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. The space also should be located within close proximity of public transportation. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. ALL EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST submitted by brokers/agents shall include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot in Rentable and ANSI/BOMA 3. Common area factor for available space 4. Written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
