- Wage Determination Statement of Work (SOW) The solicitation document. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) to provide HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services for the National Weather Service (NWS), Weather Forecast Office (WFO) located in Goodland, KS. The work shall be peformed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), the attached wage determination, and the terms and conditions of this RFQ. Offerors are urged and encouraged to visit the site where the work will be performed. Please note the instructions listed on page 5 of the RFQ. In order to be awarded the purchase order resulting from this RFQ, the vendor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx All bids are due by Wednesday, April 21, 2010 by 3:00 PM CST.
