- Revised Statement of Work - 04-07-10 Work-site This work is done on-site at Volpe. The Volpe Alcohol Countermeasures Lab provides desk space with computer, phone, fax, etc., plus a complete laboratory equipped with all the equipment the lab support will need. A Volpe contractor badge is distributed to the contractor support personnel for access to the building. Due to the need for access to the lab facilities and heavy equipment, paper records, and computer systems not available outside the Alcohol Countermeasures Lab, on-site support is required.
