- RECOVERY ACT - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING TASK ORDER UNDER AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY contract (Contract No. DOLJ071A20521, Task Order No. DOLB091A20975). THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity is available only to Exceed Corporation, Inc. under task order number DOLB091A20975. The Employment & Training Administration awarded a modification in the amount of $114,392 to Exceed Corporation, Inc. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The contractor will provide technical assistance to the Office of National Response, Division of Trade Adjustment Assistance. Specifically, the contractor will provide Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Investigative Support. The additional funding will support major reforms to the TAA program that have resulted from the ARRA. This modification was awarded under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program as a sole source procurement. This sole source action is authorized by statute. This modification was awarded on a time and materials basis. A determination and findings for other than firm fixed price is attached.
