- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FC460000820029 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-39. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332312. The business size standard is 500 employees. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: Line Items: 1. Provide model number DS210-600A250-HH - Flag Pole as manufactured by Valmont Industries, Inc. or approved equal*. Salient characteristics are: • Round Pole • Pole length - 25ft, tapered shaft - ASTM Designation A595 Grade A or A572 with min. yield of 55KSI. • Pole base dia.- 6.6 inches • Pole top dia. - 3.10 inches • Pole tube thickness - 11 gauge • Pole base - 10.5 inches square - Bolt circle - 9.5 inches - Thickness -.88 inches - Bolt slot dimensions - 1.13 IN x 1.69 IN, hole location @ 45 degrees off centerline - Anchor bolt dia. - 1 IN. • Hand hole - 5.19 inches x 10.50 inches, positioned 1'-6" off of base plate. • Pole top coupling - 1.25" - 11.5 NPS welded to.25" thick plate, which is welded to the top of pole, plate dia. to match pole dia. • Finish - Urethane Polyester Powder, color- white * If an equal product is submitted for consideration, include the description of the salient characteristics for evaluation. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
