- CMS has issued a Change Order to CGI Federal, Inc., the current holder of the CMS-FMSG Provider Enrollment Chain Ownership System (PECOS) task order with a not to exceed ceiling of $1,600,012 for the development and life cycle testing and ultimate implementation of the HITECH Registration and Attestation Functionality in PECOS. The task order award will be a Time & Materials (T&M) effort, to assist the CMS Financial Management Systems Group (FMSG) in the implementation of the CMS HITECH initiative created by Title XIII of Division A and Title IV of Division B of the ARRA. CMS will post an update of the finalized negotiated ceiling to www.fbo.gov when the action is fully definitized.
