- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SYNERGY ENTERPRISES INCORPORATED UNDER MATO TASK ORDER NUMBER ED-04-CO-0076/0005. The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Innovation and Improvement (OII), required a task order to provide services for multiple OII programs in the areas of on-site and/or electronic grant reviews, peer reviews, and coordination. The Department obtained these services through a cost-plus-fixed-fee MATO task order awarded to Synergy Enterprises Incorporated on September 30, 2005. OII has identified the Investing in Innovation Fund (i3) discretionary grant competition as a competition with logistical support activities that can be supported by ARRA funds. ARRA funding in the amount of $ 4,084,016 will cover the logistical support activities associated with the Investing in Innovation Fund (i3) discretionary grant competition. The Competition Manager will be Thelma Leenhouts of OII. The 90 day review will be an electronic. It is estimated that there will be 1000 applications, reviewed by 83 panels of reviewers (3 reviewers per panel).
