- This is attechment five for the amendment. This is attachment four of the amendment. This amendment is to add the testing schedule and additonal informatino for Moody AFB. The purpose of this amendment is to add the testing shedule for Moody AFB and additonal information. Please review attachment. ======================================================== The purpose of this amendment is to add the historical data. This historical data is for "Informational Purposes Only". Please review the attachment. ======================================================== The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date until 12 April. Please see attached amendment. ======================================================== The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date to possible changes in the near future. ======================================================== (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is FA4830-10-Q-0025 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23. Effective 25 Jan 2008 & Class Deviation 2005-0001. Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13. Effective 9 March 1998.Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2009-1030. Effective 30 October 2009. (iv) The contractor shall submit a quote for the Drinking Water Analysis Service at Moody Air Force Base Ga. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. (v) FA4830-10-Q-0025 Drinking Water Analysis Service. The RFQ which includes the Performance Work Statement will be attached on the FedBizOps website.
