- Pepper Modification for GMP = $13,656,578.00 Notice of Modification SPECIAL NOTICE RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification under the existing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) task order number GS-P-05-10-GB-5017 to Pepper Construction Group, LLC. The purpose of this modification is to exercise Option 1 for Construction Stage Work for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, Modernization of the John Weld Peck Federal Building located in Cincinnati, Ohio, in the amount of $13,656,578.00.
