- The requirement is for the contractor is to provide the Essential Elements of the Religious Services (EERS) that are core and essential for planning and conducting all of the activities in the Jewish religious program, to include: worship at weekly Friday evening services and specified Saturday morning services; worship at Jewish holiday services; the conduct or supervision of religious education as it is determined to be an EERS; and ministry for life-cycle events, pastoral care and counseling that is specific to Jewish ecclesiastical requirements. NAICS #: The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813110 SET ASIDE: This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses SOLICITATION TYPE: Request for Quote (RFQ) CONTRACT TYPE: Firm Fixed-Price PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Anticipated performance period is May 1st 2010- April 30th 2011. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ at no charge. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. This Pre-Solicitation Notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract; it does not restrict the Governments ultimate approach; it does not obligate the Government to pay for any bid preparation cost/s.
