- JOB DESCRIPTION: This solicitation is for the award of three $15M capacity Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts supporting the Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division mission for use primarily for areas around and including Presidio of Monterey, California. The work includes renovations (including new work, additions, alterations, maintenance and repairs) involving various industry (electrical, mechanical, etc.) efforts. The aggregate not-to-exceed amount for each IDIQ contract is $15 million or three years (whichever comes first). There are no option periods. The task orders will generally be between $1M to $3M in which all (three) MATO contract contractors will compete for. The solicitation will include a Task Order renovation project. Acquisition Information: This acquisition is proceeding as Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP is a Small Business 100% Set-Aside and all Small businesses may respond. Estimated Cost Range is between $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00 Period of Performance for Construction: TBD on each Task Order. This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z199, SIC CODE: 1542, NAICS Code: 236220. The size standard for this code is $33,500,000. Information about the time and location of the site visit/pre-proposal conference will be found in Section 00100 of the specifications. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or after 16 days from the date on this pre-solicitation notice, for downloading at the Government's website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. No paper copies will be issued. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) once the RFP is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from FedBizOpps will require prior registration in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). If you are a first-time FedBizOpps user, you will also be required to register in FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) before accessing the RFP documents.
