- Description
- A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be at 10:00a.m. Thursday, April 15, 2010, at the NIST WWVH Radio Station on the Barking Sands Naval Base in Kauai, HI. All interested parties are to submit an email to Mr. Courtney Shaw, Contract Specialist, at courtney.shaw@nist.gov, and Mr. Jason Gerloff, Contracting Officer, at jason.gerloff@nist.gov identifying the company name and each individual that will be attending. All interested parties must submit the e-mail request by 12:00 noon, Wednesday, April 14, 2010. Upon receipt of the e-mail, Mr. Shaw or Mr. Gerloff will send a confirmation e-mail with the exact location of the conference on the federal campus. All parties attending the pre-proposal conference should arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the designated start time in order to allow time to pass through the visitor's center. The pre-proposal conference is not mandatory, however, offerors are strongly urged to visit the site to fully inform themselves about the location and conditions under which the work is to be performed. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE RELEASED ON OR ABOUT THE WEEK OF APRIL 19, 2010. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST THE SOLICITATION PRIOR TO THE SOLICITATION POSTING.
