- RECOVERY-MILES CITY FIELD OFFICE IMPROVEMENTS: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to construct energy and accessibility improvements for the BLM Miles City Field Office. The project work includes, but is not limited to, building demolition, salvage, drainage installation, roof and wall construction, restroom rehabilitation, and insulation, roofing, and HVAC installation. Work under this Contract is located in Custer County, Montana. The work site is at the BLM Miles City Field Office, located near the southwest city limits at 111 Garryowen Drive, Miles City, MT, 59301. The estimated price range for this requirement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This project is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
