- Special Notice This notice is for informational purposes only. This not a sources sought notice, nor request for competitive proposals. No public competitive acquisition package is available with regard to this notice. The government does not intend to either accept or review alternate proposals from vendors that fall outside of the below listed established contracts. Additionally, the Government is not requesting subcontractor proposals in response to this Notice This procurement is available only to those contractors listed on established Department of the Interior Design-Build, Construction, and Construction Services Multiple Award Task Order Construction (MATOC) Contracts #98210AD001, 98210AD003, and 98210AD005. Design services that are applicable to the Brooks Act are not inclusive of this procurement. The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2-, is preparing to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) 20181AR516 on or about April 9, 2010 for Roof Repair damage and replace skylights and vents on the concrete building at Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge located within Chambers County, Texas. The estimated time of completion for this project is approximately 90 calendar days, pending award. In Accordance with FAR 36.204-The stated magnitude for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
