- BCTP Industry Day Thursday, April 29, 2010 Fort Leavenworth, KS The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center- Fort Eustis (MICC-C E) with the Battle Command Training Program (BCTP) will host an Industry Day on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The purpose of this event is to provide interested companies an opportunity to gather information on BCTP requirements by providing an open session to Industry Representatives. The MICC-C Fort Eustis and BCTP will provide technical information and answer industry questions submitted prior to this session. Open session rules are as follows: due to space limitations Industry Day attendance will be limited to a total of five (5) representatives per contractor team (Prime and Sub-Contractor (s)). Interested contractors must pre-register via email to Melinda Oblein-melinda.oblein@us.army.mil and Del Celano del.j.celano@us.army.mil with the following subject line-RSVP- BCTP Industry Day by 11:00 a.m., EST, 19 April 2010. Contractors must provide a list of individuals attending, single point of contact, email address, telephone number and cell number not later than 11:00 a.m., EST, 19 April 2010. A representative from MICC-C E will contact each contractor point of contact acknowledging attendance and to provide directions/time for the session. Industry questions for the open sessions MUST be submitted via e-mail to melinda.oblein@us.army.mil and del.j.celano@us.army.mil by 11:00 a.m., EST, 19 April 2010. Please note all questions submitted shall be answered and shared with industry as a whole. Do not submit any propriety in nature questions as responses will be provided during the session and posted via FedBizOpps. The Government teams will not accept any contractor material during this session. Telephone request WILL NOT be accepted. Please note this is NOT a request for proposals. The Army will not assume liability for cost incurred by any attendees, travel expenses or marketing efforts. ALL questions/answers and Government slides shall be posted via FedBizOpps.
