- RECOVERY TAS::14 1112::TAS Project Number LADFR1240000-Kremmling Bunkhouse Replacement-replace very unsafe employee bunkhouse. This is a Bureau of Land Management project awarded and administered by USFWS.SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO IDIQ HOLDERS AWARDED AS RESULT OF SOLICITATION 982109R207 MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) ON THE WESTERN HALF OF THE UNITED STATES. The three companies who will be competing for this project are C3 LLC, CH2M HILL, and URS Group, Inc. Full and open solicitation 982109R207 was a two step acquisition under FAR 36.3 and FAR Part 15 and was awarded on December 9, 2009.This ARRA Project will consist of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to demolish and remove one wood structure single story building, approximately 900 SF is size, along with other miscellaneous items, and the construction of one new Bunkhouse. General Bunkhouse construction consists of Structural Insulated Panels(SIP's) exterior walls, wood truss roof frame, stem wall foundation.
