- RECOVERY TAS::14 1112::TAS Project Number LARBC0100000-Cebolla Creek Bridge Replacement of Railroad Car Bridge. This is a Bureau of Land Management project awarded and administered by USFWS.SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO IDIQ HOLDERS AWARDED AS RESULT OF SOLICITATION 982109R207 MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) ON THE WESTERN HALF OF THE UNITED STATES. The three companies who will be competing for this project are C3 LLC, CH2M HILL, and URS Group, Inc. Full and open solicitation 982109R207 was a two step acquisition under FAR 36.3 and FAR Part 15 and was awarded on December 9, 2009.This ARRA Project will consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials, to remove an existing flatbed railroad car bridge, and furnish and install a pre-engineered steel girder bridge. Additional work includes but is not limited to installation of drilled caisson foundation, cast in place concrete abutments, site grading, placement of crushed aggregate surfacing, placement of riprap, and erosion control and site revegetation.Point of Contact: Joel F.
