- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation numberVA786-10-RP-0177 for the following: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish blank marble niche covers to the Government for the following National Cemeteries: Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144 ( 250 each); Fayetteville National Cemetery, 700 Government Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72701 ( 200 each); and Ft Rosecrans National Cemetery, Cabrillo Memorial Drive, San Diego, CA 92106 (1000 each) to be delivered to the various cemeteries 30 calendar days after receipt of contract award. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard of 500 Employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to deliver the completed product to the cemetery within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order was issued by Memorial Program Services (MPS). Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around April 12, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., April 23, 2009. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
