- SCOPE OF WORK. The contractor shall provide materials and supplies necessary to provide VISA/Master Card gift cards as described herein to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220, which consists of a minimum quantity of 2000 gift cards over the life of the contract. Gift cards must remain active for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase/delivery, be inactive at time of delivery, have "no" penalties for activation or usage prior to one (1) full year from activation, and have no monthly maintenance fees within the first 12 months after activation. It is of the utmost importance that the contractor satisfactorily furnishes the required level of gift cards specified in this request for quotations. The contractor shall provide the gift cards outlined, at the amount specified and in accordance with the requirements contained in these specifications. An IDC Contract (IDIQ) will be established with up to four (4) option years as follows: Base Year: 05-01-2010 through 04-30-2011 Option Year One (1): 05-01-2011 through 04-30-2012 Option Year Two (2): 05-01-2012 through 04-30-2013 Option Year Three (3): 05-01-2013 thruogh 04-30-2014 Option Year Four (4): 05-01-2014 through 04-30-2015 POC is Ronald M.
