- Request for Standing Price Quote - 8040 Adhesives This request for Standing Price Quote includes both stock locations (Burlington, NJ and French Camp, CA). GSA, FAS, intends to establish a Standing Price Quote (SPQ), not to exceed twelve (12) months for three (3) Federal Stock Class (FSC) 8040 National Stock Numbers (NSNs). The estimated quantities shown for a 12 month period and are only estimates and this item is under GSA's Stock Program. Delivery will be FOB Destination to GSA Distribution Centers and/or military depots. SUBJECT SPQ IS NOT SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The Government will make award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
